Greetings Clubhouse Coordinators and CBO Representatives,
I hope this message finds everyone healthy and safe.
Usually, at this time of year, we announce that the reporting cycle for The Clubhouse Network’s Q1/Q2 Assessment and Planning (A&P) is coming to a close. The mid-year report typically covers the period Jan 1 - May 31, and the deadline for submitting a report for your Clubhouse would be June 15.
But this is not a typical year. We know that reflecting on what your Clubhouse has accomplished in the past 5 months will look very different from usual and that many of you are focused on supporting youth through this traumatic event and/or making cautious plans to consider reopening your doors.
Although the A&P report can be an important tool for improving quality and setting future goals for your program, we have decided to make it optional this reporting cycle in light of current circumstances. Please discuss within your own organization to decide how/if you would like to proceed.
As an alternative to the Assessment & Planning process, we would appreciate your taking less than 5 minutes to complete this survey, designed to help The Clubhouse Network best support everyone right now. Please complete by June 15. We hope to share the results by the end of June.
